Unit Notebooks | |
Every unit (Pack, Troop, Team, Crew, or Post) has access to an entire notebook of documents that can be printed from this website (eventually, still in progress) and used to run their program. It includes information about the unit's relationship to the district and council, as well as how a properly run unit should behave. The Unit Notebooks have been circulated since Fall 2010 and are a useful resource for developing continuity within the unit.
Documents & Forms | |
Do you need to find a BSA document and don't know where to look? This page lists commonly used forms and provides links to their locations. Think of it as the Northwest District's online library of freely downloadable content.
Cub Scout Leader Roundtable
Cub Scout Leaders need monthly encouragement for their involvement in the lives of local youth, as well as a place to share ideas and learn from one another. These Roundtable meetings are free of charge, last one hour, and should be attended by Den Leaders and Cubmasters. Read this page for a listing of monthly Roundtable programs. The Cub Scout Leader Roundtable is held on the first Thursday of each month in the Primary Room of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (google map) in Kalispell, unless specified differently in the District's Google Calendar.
Boy Scout Leader Roundtable
Scoutmasters and their Assistants should understand the concept of "sharpening the saw" [1]. For this purpose, Roundtable sessions exist to support the exceptional people who donate their time mentoring Boy Scouts. The meetings cost nothing, last one hour, and should be attended by all direct contact leaders. Click the header link for more info. The Boy Scout Leader Roundtable is held on the first Thursday of each month at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (google map) in Kalispell, unless specified differently in the District's Google Calendar.
