Hello Northwest Troop Committee Chairpersons !
Northwest District Scouters have a unique opportunity to meet the BSA's Chief Scout Executive on June 25 during a luncheon sponsored by the National BSA. The luncheon will be located at Glacier High School in Kalispell. It is very important that you affirm attendance by Saturday June 18th .
Please contact Susanne Vining (bsaironskillet@yahoo.com) or Jim Atkinson (theskinnypope@yahoo.com) to LET THEM KNOW IF YOUR UNIT WILL OR WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THIS EVENT. If you have Scouters who are planning to attend, give Jim or Susanne the total number you know will be attending.
It is important to have a firm count on those who plan to attend in order to make arrangements for food. A notice has also been sent out to your unit's Scoutmaster. Please coordinate with them to gather the needed information and get it to Susanne or Jim.
